Petraiæ, blood of the land of travertine: Neolinguism indicates the first origin of this product. Ascoli, renowned for its travertine, is surrounded by clayey lands which, split by the sun, in turn take on the appearance of expanses of stone. On these barren and wild lands the nectar of life is born. Today, in fact, the expanses of rows of Pecorino DOCG worked with art make their own for the territory and favor the development of the rural Marche countryside. A miracle on the contrary, from wine to water. A craft that brings pleasure to the table.
